Planning an outdoor-equipment delivery

The destination, items in your cart, and delivery services offered determine whether an order can be shipped and what it costs. Review the shipping options and charges displayed for your address before paying.

Preparation comes before transportation

Following successful payment authorization, allow approximately 1–2 business days for order processing. After the parcel is dispatched, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. Both estimates exclude weekends and applicable holidays; neither is a promise of arrival on a particular date.

Tracking and delivery questions

Check the recipient details, unit number, postal code, and other address information when ordering. Tracking information is shared when it becomes available, and carrier scans may take time to update. Contact azayayacor28@gmail.com if a parcel is delayed, lost, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged. Provide the order number, checkout email, tracking reference, and photographs of damage where relevant. Keep the goods, packaging, and components while the delivery record is investigated.
