What will shipping cost and how long does it take?

Checkout shows delivery availability and charges for your address. Processing after successful authorization is about 1–2 business days; estimated transit after dispatch is another 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded. See our Shipping Policy.

What if I choose the wrong option or find a fault?

We do not offer voluntary returns for a change of mind, preference, or a wrong size or option selected by the customer. For qualifying problem goods, submit your request within 30 calendar days after delivery with order details, the checkout email, an explanation, and photos or video. Keep the packaging and wait for approval before returning goods. The Refund Policy preserves mandatory legal rights; exchanges depend on stock and approved refunds are initiated within 10 calendar days.
